Look at the board and try to say what the theme f our lesson

The theme of our lesson is Nice and Nasty

Teacher say the new words and other children repeat after her

(D) Teacher demonstrates models and drills what food do you like?a Why do you like it?  It’s nice and healthy

Children divided into pairs and they ask and answer for demonstrated question

Teacher  name of food and pupils must to write the initial letter  of their answer with seeds|wand| juice straw e.g.lemon-L, milk-M and ask to describe it: lemon is oval, yellow and nasty but healthy

Game “What is it?”

Children close their eyes and eat the piece of fruit and say what is it?

(W) Teacher gives a different task for the group

1-group must to   divided the pictures of food on healthy and unhealthy

2-group must to divided the pictures of food on nice and nasty

3-group must to compile the names of food from the mixed letters

Game “Whats in the bag?”

Pupils close their eyes and grope the food and name them 

 (W) Teacher now blanks projection and asks learners to mix up their letters. Teacher nominates one learner to ask another What’s your favourite s/th? Other learner holds up initial sound/blend picture and rest of class guess what it stands for

. CREATING A POEM

Teacher: - Now let’s create a poem about your favourite fruit. Look at the blackboard here is the example. Your task is to change the name of fruits to your favourite one. 

E.g. Strawberries are red,
blueberries are blue,
fruits are sweet,
and so are you!

Student’s task: 

…. are …

… are …

Fruits are sweet,

And so me!

Pupils open their activity book and do the 3rd task





Teacher gives comments about students’ work and awards students with motivating stickers

Every student has their apples on the table (green, yellow, red). Leaving the class, students should stick the apple on the tree one of them:

Red - I am satisfied with the lesson, the lesson was helpful to me, I worked a lot and I got deserved mark, I understood everything that was said in class.

Yellow - The lesson was fun, I took an active part in the lesson, the lesson was to a certain extent useful to me, I replied from the place, I was able to perform a number of tasks; I was quite comfortable in the classroom.

Green – I didn’t get any useful information for me, I didn’t really understand what was going on, I do not really need that information, I won’t do my homework, I wasn’t ready to answer
